  • Refunds are only applicable if you are unable to participate in the program due to circumstances beyond your control or if required by applicable law.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Failure to adhere to the fitness plan, lack of participation, or missed sessions.
  • Dissatisfaction with results (since results vary depending on individual effort and adherence to the plan).
  • Change of mind after the program has started.
  • Failure to inform the coach of medical conditions or injuries that could affect your ability to participate.

4. Refund Process

    stating the reason for your refund claim.
  • Once the request is received, it will be reviewed, and we may require additional information or documentation.
